The hotel had a fantastic location, close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring Muscat. However, the rooms left much to be desired due to unpleasant odors and poor maintenance. On the bright side, I found the staff to be helpful and understanding, but the service could be a bit more attentive.
